Legal validity
Under Article 3 of the Korean Digital Signature Act, electronic signatures are legally valid. Consent, signing time, IP address, and device are recorded in the Certificate of Completion.

Is there really no monthly fee?
Really none. When you send a signature request, credits are deducted per document based on page count (1–10 pages ₩890 · 11–30 pages ₩1,490 · 31–80 pages ₩2,490 · 81+ pages ₩3,900). If you don't send anything in a month, you pay ₩0.
Do signers need to sign up too?
No. Just open the link in the email and sign right away, even on your phone. If you sign up later with the same email, the documents you've signed are collected automatically.
Are electronic signatures legally valid?
Under Article 3 of the Korean Digital Signature Act, a signature cannot be denied effect solely because it is in electronic form. SignPen records signer verification (personal email link), consent, timestamp, IP, and the document fingerprint in the Certificate of Completion, so it can serve as evidence if a dispute arises. For contracts that require notarization or a registered seal certificate, you'll need to complete those procedures separately.
What if the AI finds the wrong spots?
The AI only makes suggestions. Before sending, you can drag spots to move them, change the signer, delete them, or add new ones. For any spot the AI missed, just drag it in from the tools on the left.
Is my document content used to train AI?
No. Summaries and spot detection are handled by a model that AI3 runs on its own GPUs (BizRouter) and a domestic document parser (Corepin). Nothing is sent to overseas AI services.
What happens if someone doesn't sign?
Even without any setup, a reminder email goes out every 3 days (up to 5 times). One last reminder is sent a day before the deadline, and once the deadline passes, the request stops.
Can I get a contract I signed a while ago?
Yes. Even if the link in the email is old, open it and we'll send a new link to your email. If you've lost the link, just enter your email under “Find my contracts”.
How do I top up credits?
Pay by card and choose from ₩10,000·₩30,000·₩100,000. Top up ₩100,000 and get an extra ₩10,000 worth. Credits are shared with your colleagues within the company account.
Can I pay on account?
Yes. Companies that send a lot each month, or prefer to settle everything by tax invoice, can sign a postpaid billing agreement and send without topping up. Email support@signpen.ai with your company name, business registration number and expected monthly volume and we'll get back to you.
Does the price go up as my team grows?
No. Your whole team shares one company credit balance, no matter how many people you have. There are no seat fees.
